We gave this globetrotter a Shimano 3x10-speed XT gearshift, which is known for its high reliability and easy operation. The powerful hydraulic disc brakes also come from Shimano, giving you full control at all times. An easy-to-adjust Suntour air suspension fork smoothly absorbs any unevenness in the ground. Last, but not least, included in the package: our integrated luggage rack IC 3.0 and many other accessories such as mudguards, side stands and lights. The perfect set-up for all eventualities – just sit up and go on an adventure!

The Kathmandu frame combines all the highlights typical of the series, but adds something more. For example, the revised integrated luggage rack IC 3.0 merges seamlessly and elegantly into our acid mudguards. There is also a mount for a flat mount disc brake and a side stand on the rear wheel. The chassis owes its clean, tidy look to the pipe connections welded using the smooth welding process. So much for optics. In terms of function, we equipped the rear triangle with a thru-axle and opted for a fitted head tube for optimized stability and steering precision (even when fully loaded). And thanks to internal cables, the bike changes gears smoothly and the gears hardly need any maintenance. We've thought of everything - just the toothbrush, which you'll probably have to pack yourself.
