Our Billet Aluminum Tappet Cover with Oil Separator works with VE, VP, and P-Pump Cummins engines. It features an oil catch can with an internal baffle system. Therefore keeping the oil inside the crankcase where it belongs! It achieves this by an O-ring seal instead of a messy silicone or inferior OEM seal. If you are looking for a nice top of the line tappet cover for your current build or replacing a leaking cover, this will be the perfect setup for you.

Our Billet Tappet Cover is made with 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and all stainless steel hardware. To insure the highest possible quality! All of our Tappet Covers come in a beautiful CNC Machined finish. They all include a main sealing O-Ring to seal the tappet cover to the engine block, 6 stainless socket head bolts to attach the tappet cover, a CNC machined CCV (crankcase vent) Can, O-Ring seal to seal CCV Can to Tappet Cover and 4 stainless socket head bolts to attach the CCV Can.

We designed our Billet Aluminum Tappet Cover with Oil Separator to be installed in the convenience of your own garage. Therefore if you have the right tools, the right know how, and a great attitude installation will be a breeze.

We recommend with every Tappet Cover purchase the use of our Stainless Steel Vent Hose Kit, for a better and cleaner installation. If you have a 1998.5 to 2002 Cummins engine with a VP44 injection pump, we recommend our ECM Mounting Kit. This allows you to mount the ECM back onto the Tappet Cover in the factory location.
