We’re proud to offer this unprecedented product to strengthen everything about your RZR 1000 / 900 / front end. While the RZR 1000's / 900's has improved greatly on the shortcoming of its predecessors, we’ve still found the chassis to be surprisingly weak! This is a 100% BOLT-ON system that literally strengthens every critical point of weakness in the entire front suspension mounting area of the RZR.

Installation is simple and fitment is excellent due to professional 3D CAD design by our talented in-house engineers. The final product is a simple yet comprehensive product anyone with a garage and simple tools can install on a Saturday and go racing with on Sunday. This kit is made from 1/8” and 3/16” American steel, laser cut and CNC bent for absolute precision every time. In addition to the strength gained with this kit, it also serves as a winch mount for normal and wide spool winches that bolt on 3” centers. This was designed to work with Motoalliance Viper winches. Should work with all standard size Warn winches as well.

The RT Pro RZR 1000 / 900 / Front Arm Brace Kit fits all model XP 1000's, 900's, 1000S including the 4 seat models THROUGH 2017. It does fit the 2014-2016 RZR XP 1000 / XP 2 or 4 seat models. It comes powdercoated black with instructions and all the necessary hardware for installation. This kit gussets and reinforces the lower A-arm mounts and ties the frame together into the upper arm mounts while creating a which mounting surface that also mounts in to a steering rack reinforcement gusset. It doesn’t get any more comprehensive than this!
