CFMOTO 450SR Stainless Steel Race Exhaust System

A less heavy version of our highly demanded high-mount twin-muffler alternative was required for the Australian ASBK race series. According to the rules, the headers must be made of stainless steel to keep the costs low for the class. This exhaust eliminates the catalytic converter and restrictive mufflers, allowing tuners to achieve their desired outcomes with no limits. It also results in a significant weight reduction and great sound for that KTM 450 engine.

The supplied silencer can reduce noise, but it may not meet international noise regulations. Please consider this before purchasing.

Appearance:

The surface of the exhaust is polished to a high degree and will maintain its appearance for a longer period of time, requiring less maintenance compared to other stainless steel materials on the market that contain lower levels of chromium and nickel. Additionally, beautiful carbon fiber covers are included with each exhaust, which greatly enhances the overall appearance of your CFMOTO 450.

Tuning:

The muffler comes with a detachable silencer that can be used without the need for remapping your ECU. In such cases, any minor adjustments to the fueling would be automatically managed by the OEM mapping. However, if you choose to not use the silencer, it is recommended that you get your vehicle tuned by a skilled technician using a chassis dynamometer to ensure optimal performance.
