This decal has no cutouts, but comes as a 8 piece set per side (4 Gloss Color, 4 Matte Black).

"Dark red" color is closer to factory Jeep Rubicon red.
"Orange" is closest to Mojave orange- It is slightly off, but fairly close. Message with any questions
