These publicly available down-packs of TriboSys™ 3204 are a unique offering by HWS.  These packages are for end users and not for resale.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.  The bulk packaging of these items consist of: PPE Jar/Lid with leak-resistant foam lid insert, Hand Written measurements of each Jar's contents, and silicone tape to ensure the best possible transport seal.

Non-flammable, non-silicone, high temperature stable (up to 355°F), fluorinated polymer lubricant.  TriboSys™ 3204 was designed in conjunction with Miller Stephenson Chemical Company to provide non-migrating Grade 0 grease viscosity for ease of application.

Recommended use for mechanical keyboard switches: Apply with a synthetic brush or flexible spatula to your part in almost imperceptible amounts.  If the grease appears to be milky in color on the part the application is too heavy.  A proper application results in little to no visible lubricant.

***Use Warning***

Lubricant can not be cleaned with soap and water and is resistant to many solvents. 

Although the lubricant is chemically stable and non-hazardous please wear gloves and place a protective layer of drop-plastic below any working surface.  Spills are difficult to clean, and the lubricant will transfer from an operators hands to any surface they may touch.

Please clean up any accidents with a microfiber cloth.
