The Noemi Hybrid Gel Dye can be used on both brows and lashes.

The PH value is 9-10, which means that it penetrates through the hair making the dyes last for about 8 days on the skin and ⅚ weeks on the hair providing an intense final result.

Can Noemi Gel Dye be used with Lamination?

Yes! Noemi Gel Dye is amazing paired with lamination services and lash lift services. Noemi Dye contains Henna Extract which is not to be confused with Henna Pigment. Henna Extract is perfectly safe to use in combination with lamination.

Special ingredients and their effects:

• Hydrolyzed corn protein: Strengthens and restructures eyebrow hairs, reduces breakage and improves texture.
• Hydrolyzed Soy Protein: Increases elasticity and moisture of the hairs, strengthens them and reduces brittleness, resulting in fuller, more defined eyebrows.
