With every beef, there are always a few packages that don't meet our premium quality standard because of uneven cuts, broken seals, and small punctures. This 15lb box of misfits may not look pretty but the beef is just as delicious! 

Please note: packages may be punctured, the seal may be broken, and there may be some ice. See the attached pictures for examples of what you may expect.

Each box includes a variety of steak, roast or brisket, ground beef, and other assorted cuts.
