This is a pair of 'Mandarin’ Chairs, designed by Ettore Sottsass and produced by Knoll in 1986. The listed price includes the pair. They have sculptural, black enameled-steel arms, and have an upholstered seat & back. It’s all about the arms on these chairs...unmistakably Sottsass.

Each chair measures 21 inches deep, 26 inches wide, and is 32 inches high. They have a seat height of 18 inches. Their enameled-steel arms show some scuffs to the surface, and the upholstery fabric shows fading. The cushions are compressed from use and are slightly sagging in the front. Overall, these chairs are in solid vintage condition with some signs of use. Please see photos.
