This is Gordon Bunshaft's personal cast-iron architectural embosser (noting him as a registered architect) from Bunshaft's Travertine House in East Hampton. It came to us directly from the heirs of Gordon and Nina Bunshaft's estate and will be accompanied by a letter of provenance.
It notes "Registered Architect" "Gordon Bunshaft" along with his license number and "University of the State of New York"
The embosser measures 6.75 inches high, 1.75 inches deep, and 4 inches wide. The stamp itself has a diameter of 1.75 inches. Overall, this piece is in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
