This is a COMPLETE NEW Troy-Bilt HORSE Tiller Tine Shaft Overhaul Kit with a new axle, woodruff key, side keys, gaskets, bearings, seals and MADE IN AMERICA tines to return you tiller to like new condition.   These were used on many Horse tillers with serial numbers 1001 through 600009 plus Horse lll models.   This kit does include everything needed to update your current shaft.
