Pick up dates are on FRIDAY after that Friday you have one week to pick up your item. We ship on MONDAY you will received a notification once your item is ready for pick up or ship.

We do not recommend to rent your items if you haven't received them. As soon as you receive your package please inspect for any damage we are NOT responsible for how the courier handles any package. Once your item has left our woodshop, any damage is out of our control.
