Step into the world of expressive art and creativity at Portrait Studio Summer Art Camp! Designed for young artists entering grades 2-8, this immersive camp focuses on the exciting art of portraiture, allowing campers to explore different techniques, mediums, and styles. Whether they’re beginners or budding artists, campers will develop skills and confidence while creating beautiful works of art.

Camp Highlights:

• Drawing Fundamentals: Learn the basics of facial proportions, expressions, and capturing unique features.

• Mixed-Media Portraits: Experiment with charcoal, watercolors, pastels, and digital tools to create vibrant portraits.

• Self-Portrait Challenge: Encourage self-expression through creative and personal self-portrait projects.

• Famous Faces: Draw inspiration from iconic artists and their portraits, including Warhol, Van Gogh, Kahlo, and Picasso.

• Pet Portraits: We can’t forget the pets!

All art camps/classes at Art Studio Hamptons are taught by New York State Certified Art Teachers with years of experience in the classroom who also practice their own art professionally.

Each camp price includes all materials and supplies.

Remember, art supplies are messy! Please arrive in clothing that will look great with permanent paint splatters on it!
