The armchair is made of black oxidized metal, black anodized aluminum legs and matte lacquered black frame with a seat in black leather. The upholstered seat is covered in a leather from Tärnsjö with padding with cold foam in both back and seat with Dymetrol. Theselius Noir is part of a series of products that many call Theselius armchairs, where the common feature is the use of larger pieces of metal combined with leather.
