Last Chance Rare 50s Vintage Canadian Army 50 Pattern Ecw Trouser - 42x32 Deal Alert: 95% Off [SgnHGUZY]
Genuine Canadian Army issue
Dated 1953
Believed to be part of an experimental program circa. late-1940s/early-1950s, these trousers are quite unique and little is known of their origin.
Made of a durable mid-weight 100% nylon fabric. Features include a button fly, reinforcement panels over the knees and seat, and adjustable drawstring waist and cuffs. Designed to be worn over a combat uniform and thermal layers, they have a very wide leg and a baggy fit.
The two waist-level pocket flaps are designed to lead into combat trousers worn underneath. As with the large cargo pockets, they are secured with the typical large 'fabric loop' buttons that show on many Canadian uniform components. The other metal buttons are also seen on other Canadian uniforms.
In excellent condition with very minor wear as seen - Apart from some discolouration on the seat, they exhibit very minor wear. All buttons, fittings and fixtures are present and working. The contract label is present and visible.
