Everything you need

This Alpine Bass Boost bundle gives you everything you need to add some solid bass to your car system. The package includes their S-SB10V subwoofer enclosure, the S-A60M amplifier, and the RUX-KNOB.2 remote level control.

The S-SB10V Halo Series enclosure features their S-W10D4 10" subwoofer in a rugged MDF enclosure with black carpet covering, wired for 2-ohm impedance. The sub's Kevlar-reinforced cone and Santoprene surround give you thumping bass at power levels up to 600 watts RMS. The ported enclosure is tuned to 36 Hz to maximize performance. And when you're ready to expand your low end even more, you can add a second S-SB10V and link the enclosures together with their KTX-H10 linking kit (sold separately).

Powerful amplification

With 600 watts of power in a 8" x 8" x 2.5" package, the S-A60M amplifier is a perfect match for the enclosure. The amp includes Alpine's Enhanced Shutdown Performance technology to lower the output if the amp runs too hot. Instead of shutting down completely, it continues playing your music until it cools enough to return to full power. Its low-pass filter and adjustable bass boost let you dial in your sound. The amp includes preamp- and speaker-level inputs, so you can install it in almost any vehicle, even one with a factory radio. If you're using the speaker-level inputs, the amp senses an incoming signal and turns itself on, eliminating the need to run a turn-on wire back to your vehicle's receiver or fuse box.

Control your sound

The RUX-KNOB.2 remote level controller adjusts the amp's level from its set maximum volume all the way down to virtually "off." Since it adjusts level and not "bass boost," you'll maintain the same bass tone as you turn the volume up and down. A 16-foot connecting cable gives you plenty of length to run from the amp to the front of the vehicle.
