Mini Collar: Neck Circumference between 10" and 13" 

Small Collar: Neck Circumference between 13" and 16" 

Medium Collar: Neck Circumference between 16" and 19" 

Large Collar: Neck Circumference between 19" and 22"

There are 4 holes on the collar, allowing you to adjust. Each hole is approximately 1" apart.
