This Howards Cams CL120665-12 BBC Hydraulic Roller Camshaft and Lifter Kit is designed for 396-502 cubic inch Big Block Chevy engines from 1965 through 1996. Howards designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features broad mid-range power and a lopey idle. A 10.0:1+ compression ratio, an aftermarket/ported intake, headers, lower rear end gears, and a 3400+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
