ACC Performance designed this Boss Hog 25053 Street Bandit Torque Converter for 1966-1969 Ford C4 transmissions with the 5.625 in. small bellhousing. This hand-built 9.6” converter has a stall speed of 3200-3500 RPM, and it can also handle up to 650 horsepower!

Boss Hog recommends a “Street Bandit” series torque converter if you have upgraded intake, headers, exhaust, cam, or gearing.

All Boss Hog torque converters are welded at the fins, not furnace brazed, eliminating erosion over time. They include industrial-strength Torrington-type bearings that handle more torque than light-duty needle bearings. Aircraft aluminum washers instead of inferior fiber washers ensure all power transfers directly to the ground.
