ACC Performance designed this Boss Hog 54783 Wild Boar Outlaw Torque Converter for 1967-Up Chrysler 727 transmissions on External Balanced engines. This hand-built 9.6” converter has a stall speed of 2400-2800 RPM and features an anti-ballooning plate. This converter is highly recommended if you have a Trans Brake, Nitrous Oxide, Turbocharger or Supercharger. 

All Boss Hog torque converters are welded at the fins, not furnace-brazed, eliminating erosion over time. They include industrial-strength Torrington-type bearings that handle more torque than light-duty needle bearings. Aircraft aluminum washers instead of inferior fiber washers ensure all power transfers directly to the ground.
