ACC Performance designed this Boss Hog 4944HD Night Stalker Towing Lock Up Torque Converter for 1984-1997 GM LT 4L60E transmission applications with a 3 step input shaft. This hand-built 12” converter has a stall speed 200-300 RPM over stock, and can also handle up to 500 horsepower!

All Boss Hog torque converters are welded at the fins, not furnace-brazed, eliminating erosion over time. They include industrial-strength Torrington-type bearings that handle more torque than light-duty needle bearings. Aircraft aluminum washers instead of inferior fiber washers ensure all power transfers directly to the ground.

Boss Hog recommends a “Street Bandit” series torque converter if you have upgraded intake, headers, exhaust, cam, or gearing. An “Outlaw” series torque converter is highly recommended if you have a Trans Brake, Nitrous Oxide, Turbocharger or Supercharger.
