This Comp Cams 12-444-8 SBC XR300HR Xtreme Energy Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 262-400 Small Block Chevy from 1958-1998. Comp designed this cam for pro street/bracket racing and it features great low-end torque and a very rough idle. A 10.0:1 or higher compression ratio, good intake, headers, gears and a 3600+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
