3M Scotch-Weld Urethane Adhesive DP640NS is a brown, non-sag, two-component polyurethane adhesive. This urethane adhesive has a 60 minute work life for panel bonding or repositioning. Ideal for bonding dissimilar substrates, such as composites, SMC, FRP, many plastics, ceramic, wood, rubber and metal.

When using a Duo-Pak (DP) size adhesive, rely on 3M dispensing equipment for convenient and accurate metering, mixing and dispensing.

As compared to one part sealants, 3Mâ„¢ Scotch-Weldâ„¢ Urethane Adhesive DP640NS is fast-curing, establishes tough bonds and offers low-temperature flexibility. This adhesive can be used for bonding dissimilar substrates, such as concrete, ceramic, wood, plastic, rubber and metal. With a 1:1 mix ratio, this urethane adhesive has a 60 minute work life, reaches handing strength in 8 hours and full cure in 7 days.
