This seat is in two parts. Base section and upper section (it’s not one piece).

65cm height seat back 

78cm height with the head rests. 

Condition is good generally, but does have some signs of wear. See pictures for details. The left side has some shrinkage/ puckering.

No tips or tears though. It would benefit from some cleaning as always for these light coloured seats.

Removed from 1994 3.2 Sport.
