Original Item: Only One Available. This is a lovely, worn example of a wool officer's forage cap. Fully lined with a heavily worn leather sweatband. This example has no string closure eyelets to the back and is just closed and sewn. This example has very heavy service wear.

The front features a lovely metal five-pointed imperial Japanese star cap badge on a background the same color as the cap. The chinstrap is missing on this example. The sweatband has quite a bit of cracking to it and has degraded from wear and time. There are no markings on the interior besides what looks like a 4.
