The Reposado shows a unique aging regimen, with three kinds of casks employed: new American white oak, French oak, and French acacia wood. The result is a nose of light pepper, fresh herbs, assertive baking spices, a hint of incense, apricot, and lemon oil. The palate is honeyed peach and citrus, filtered through gentle caramel and vanilla notes. The finish retains the fruitiness, with a hint of barrel char. Bottled at 40% abv.
