Drinking Foursquare rum is a delight. This 2011 vintage has a lovely nose full of citrus, florals, cardamom, pipe tobacco, caramel, and brown butter. It smells like a decadent treat, and it truly is. The palate is big and viscous with citrus, cinnamon, allspice, plums, dark chocolate fudge brownie, and roasted nuts.
