3M™ AC-730B2 Aerospace Sealant effectively protects against corrosion and is perfect for use in the aerospace industry. It comes in two parts: part-A catalyst and part-B base. The liquid part-A is black while the thixotropic paste part-B is off-white. Part-A has a specific gravity of at least 1.58 and VOC content of 0.9 grams per liter. Part-B has a specific gravity of 1.5 and VOC content of 3.8 grams per liter. It is supplied in a 3.5-ounce container and can be mixed in a 100:10 ratio by weight. Application time is 2 hours with full curing after 24 hours. This sealant can withstand temperatures ranging from -65 to 250 degrees F.
