Inspired by my son’s favorite ice cream flavor, in this work my hope was to capture that striking and unreal shade of soft turquoise and mix it with all the good feeling that sunlight, summer and joy bring. The resulting creation — breaking surf tumbling into a dreamy abstraction of salty sea.
