Sterling silver hollow handles with stainless blade Double Handle Mezzaluna Knife (herb chopper) custom made in the pattern Fontana by Towle. This knife features a curved blade which allows 2-handled rocking motion to chop or mince herbs, spices, vegetables, onions, and garlic. Mezzaluna means "half-moon" in Italian, after the curved or crescent shape of the blade. Height measures 6 1/4" to handles; stainless blade measures 5 1/4"L x 1 1/4"Ht. It is not monogrammed and is in excellent condition.
