Sterling silver hollow handle with stainless blade Soft Cheese Knife with pierced blade, 7" custom made in the pattern Old French by Gorham. This knife's blade features 6 circle piercings and is used for cutting soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, or Roquefort. Holes in the blade prevent the soft cheese from sticking to it. It is not monogrammed and is in excellent condition.
