• Replacement of lost or damaged stones (accent or center stones) due to normal wear and tear
• Ring re-sizing (subject to 60 day wait period beginning on Your Plan purchase date)
• Resetting of gemstones or diamonds
• Bent, broken or worn prongs or bezel
• Thinning or cracked ring shanks
• Gouges or discoloration
• Refinishing and polishing; rhodium plating white gold, chain soldering
• Ring soldering to another ring
• Broken clasps, bracelets or chains
• Shipping (both ways) for covered services
