Material : A smooth classic vegetable tanned leather from Italian Tannery and then further finished with a buffing process giving it a lightly napped surface.

Thickness : 5mm on padding area down to 2.8mm on holes area

Stitching : Each stitching hole is punched by antique awl and hand stitched with patina wax yarn.

Edges : The leather edge is first sealed with edge paint for humidity resistance, and then repeatedly layered with iron-heated waxed coating for a smooth finish.
