These watch straps are made from vegetable-tanned leather, which is an eco-friendly and natural alternative to traditional leather tanning methods. The texture of the leather is designed to mimic the look and feel of real elephant skin, which adds an exotic and sophisticated element to any watch.

Material : Vegtan Goat leather fully dyed through and then the surface receives a dark colour top coat which is polished off leaving a two tone finish with the colour revealed and darker valleys in the grain. (the tanning process is a unique 23 step process that takes over 4 weeks to produce each hide to give it the beautiful grain, soft supple feel and even color)

Thickness : 5.5mm on padding area down to 3.5mm on holes area

Stitching : Each stitching hole is punched by antique awl and hand stitched with matching wax yarn. (you can choose any other color combination/stitching to make a truly custom strap).

Edges : The leather edge is first sealed with edge paint for humidity resistance, and then repeatedly layered with iron-heated waxed coating for a smooth finish.

How it's made :  Over 10 hours of labor and precision were involved in the making of this strap for a luxe look and feel. An extraordinary watch strap to lust after.
