Steinway & Sons 5'1" Model S is their smallest grand piano. This model, designed in the 1930's, is considered a scaled down version of the next larger-sized Steinway, the 5'7.5" Model M. This piano's size makes is so perfect for homes that cannot quite accommodate that larger model.
Founded in 1853 by German piano builder Heinrich Engelhard Steinway, The Steinway grand is considered a great treasure in musical instruments. It represents over 160 years of commitment to artistry and firm articulation.
