Cheyenne's Sol Nova ushers in a new generation of tattoo machines. The Sol Nova is both extremely powerful and gentle on the skin—packing a punch, while running softly and smoothly. Colors transfer to the skin more quickly (ideal for black-and-gray work in particular). Thanks to the quiet and soft operational mode, it is not rough on the skin, allowing for a faster healing process.

With a 3.5 mm stroke and operation between 25 and 150 hertz, the Sol Nova is ideal for precise lines as well as extremely soft shades. Low-frequency 25 Hz operation is perfect for dot workers and color realists. Turning the frequency up provides fuller and more intense lines.

Like the HAWK Pen, artists favor this machine for its pen-like, ergonomic design—allowing for greater control and a balanced feel in your hand. Compared to the HAWK Pen, however, the Sol Nova boasts even more power and softer handling. The durable and easy-to-clean anodized aluminum body also ensures hygienic working conditions.

The Sol Nova comes with a 33 mm anodized aluminum grip which can be interchanged with the Cheyenne Ergo Round Disposable grips (x4 included).
