Ceramic magnets and rail-type polepieces make for an attack like an icepick, and the modestly wound 42AWG magnet wire mixes in the full mids and stop-on-a-dime bass response. Perfect for thrash and death metal, but the Baphomet actually excels in any rock application where power and clarity are desired.

This is also one of our favorite pickups for bass! Nice and full range dynamics but just the right amount of natural compression to make for a punchy, full bodied humbucker that will still cut through the mix. And with a coil-split switch, you can unlock some cool single coil vintage bass tones!
