Darling little topper in a tightly woven black straw, it has a sculpted, narrow, almost cone shaped crown in overlapping bands. There is a swath of black, dotted netting that goes over the top and has a bit of a tail hanging at the rear. The back of the head is nestled in matching black straw, in a lattice pattern. Interior has petersham and an elastic strap to hold it in place on your head, at rear. No tags.
