The Aluminium Chair is one of the greatest furniture designs of the 20th century. Its characteristic feature is the intelligent combination of materials that ensure a high level of comfort: the cover is attached inside the aluminium profile sections and simply stretched over the frame, transforming it from being a mere cover to a load-bearing part of the structure. Vitra grants a 30-year guarantee on all chairs of the Aluminium Chair Group and the Soft Pad Group (see certificate of guarantee).
