The following are not covered by the guarantee:

Where Are Le Griddle Products Made?

Are Le Griddles Propane Or Natural Gas?

Gas fueled Le Griddle products arrive to us from the factory configured for Natural Gas. If you select "Propane" when ordering, we will install a propane conversion kit before the item ships out to you. That way it will arrive ready for a propane connection.

If you choose a natural gas configuration, we will send the griddle to you ready to connect to natural gas. We will also send the propane conversion kit to you uninstalled. You may keep the kit in case you need to convert the unit in the future.

How Do I Clean The Griddle?

Le Griddle products are easy to clean! The manufacturer recommends placing some ice on the surface after you are done cooking, while it is still hot. Be careful not to burn yourself with the steam - heat resistant gloves are highly recommended. After the ice has melted, use your spatula to move the scour pad and scrub the surface. propane connection.

Once the cooking surface is cold, you can use a scour pad with a safe cleaning product to finish it.
