KI NO BI Edition K is the result of a unique collaboration with independent Islay Scotch whisky distiller Kilchoman. Kyoto Distillery’s KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is aged just shy of a year in ex-bourbon barrels previously used to mature Kilchoman’s peated malt.
