An Asian lilac bush that blooms in late May- later than most standard American lilac bushes. The Palibin variety is light purple with clusters of flowers that measure about 4" tall and look like little trumpets. Flowers are wonderfully fragrant. The 'Standard' version is a high graft- usually 48" above the ground and looks like a purple pompom. The trunk never grows taller but the grafted bush will grow to a total of 8' making it appear like a small tree. Tree is pest and deer tolerant.
