This visually stunning one-of-a-kind sagger fired Another Spring individual size urn has an unforgettable look and features driftwood and brass finial. 

The urn measures 11.5 inches in height and 7 inches at its widest point. This urn has the capacity of up to 250 cubic inches.

This unglazed bisque urn is fired in a Sagger: a container filled with minerals and wood shavings. Sometimes the piece is wrapped in seaweed or other materials to get color. Salt is added to the Sagger along with other materials in the attempt to get an interesting surface. The Sagger is then placed in a fuel burning kiln and fired to about 1800 degrees. Every piece is different and one of a kind.
