Black iron is highly magnetic, thus induction hob–friendly. This two-handled roasting pan is ready to handle both roasting and baking. Wide rims running down the long sides of the pan make it easy to pull out of the oven. It’s also pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural easy-release finish that gets better with time, as long as you maintain it properly.
