Furniture Shipping Specifications

Curbside Delivery

One-man delivery. Liftgate truck. The carrier will lower the shipment to your curb/driveway. The carrier will NOT unpack the shipment or take the shipment into your home.

Threshold Delivery

This is NOT delivery to the inside your home. The service will take your order from the truck to the first dry area closest to the truck such as a covered porch or garage.

White-Glove Delivery (Packaging Removal)

One- to two-man delivery (depending on weight) to a designated room of your choice in your home. The team will unpack the piece and remove the packing materials. Access to your room of choice may NOT involve more than two flights of stairs (this includes any stairs required to access the entrance to your home). If you have more than 2 flights of stairs, we will need to obtain a custom-delivery quote.
