Calibratable mean value temperature transmitter THERMASGARD® MWTM (rod sensor) with eight switchable measuring ranges, continuous output, flexible, fully active sensor rod and protective tube made of copper with plastic coating (robust design), housing made of impact-resistant plastic, housing cover with quick-locking screws.

The sensor is used to detect the average temperature (mean value) in gaseous media, e.g. as a duct temperature sensor in ventilation and air conditioning ducts over the entire cross-section or over a defined length (installed in a meandering pattern, it detects the applied temperature evenly). The rod sensor is available in lengths of 0.4...20 m and is supplied with a mounting flange as standard. Mounting clamps are included for professional installation of the rod. MK-05-M (accessory) are available. The sensor is calibrated at the factory; fine adjustment by a specialist is possible depending on the environment.
