Calibratable temperature transmitter with sensor tube THERMASGARD® TM 65 - Modbus - T3, with Modbus connection, in impact-resistant plastic housing with quick-locking screws, stainless steel protection tube (50 - 400 mm), optionally with ⁄ without display, measures temperature (-50...+150 °C). International system of units SI (default) is set to Imperial (via Modbus).

The duct sensor is used to measure the temperature in liquid or gaseous media. The stainless steel immersion sleeves must be used for aggressive media. It is used in heating technology, ventilation and air conditioning ducts, in pipelines, in storage tanks, district heating compact stations, hot and cold water systems, oil and lubrication circuit systems, in mechanical and plant engineering and in the entire industrial sector.

Innovative Modbus sensor with galvanically isolated RS485 Modbus interface, switchable bus terminating resistor, DIP switch for setting the bus parameters and bus address in de-energized state, internal LEDs for telegram status display, two separate push-in terminals and large three-line display (illuminated, individually programmable in the 7-segment range and dot-matrix range). By means of self-diagnostics sensor break or sensor short circuit are recognized as errors. The error messages can be called up via the Modbus and are shown on the display. The sensor is calibrated at the factory; fine adjustment by a specialist is possible depending on the environment.
