Overall height of this mount is 19" when all the way down and telescopes up to 30" when it is fully extended. With the swivel mount, you can remove the mount and just leave the base for when you are not needing that one extra unit on the boat. The mounting plates are pre drilled to fit all factory brackets except for the Humminbird Helix 7.
