We present to you this super rare and incredible vintage piece from the International Watch Co. in 18K rose gold. This remarkable Portugueser was manufactured during the Swiss ‘Golden Age’ of watchmaking in 1947 with exquisite high-precision calibre movement that is the testament to the craftsmanship, technical excellence and innovation of watchmaking. Since all this time, the watch has been preciously and extremely well preserved. The fabulous 40s style dial signed with the earlier, International Watch Company Schaffhausen signature together with a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock complemented by a combination of Arabic numerals and applied indices encased in a solid 18K rose gold case and case back, all make this timepiece a real treasure to enjoy. The watch is in absolutely fantastic condition for its age and in brilliant mechanical order, keeping excellent time.

This truly is a real collector's piece for an incredible price!

Dial - Excellent, showing very little signs of wear. 

Case - The solid gold case is in excellent condition showing only minimal signs of wear.

Crown - The original crown is in good condition, showing signs of wear but this is not very noticeable and instead adds character to the watch. The crown works perfectly in all its functions.

Movement - In excellent condition both cosmetically and mechanically, working well and keeping excellent time.

Case back - The gold case is in fantastic condition, again, only showing very light signs of wear with one little pinprick dent and minor, common imperfections.

Strap - We have put the watch on a high quality leather strap which looks amazing and has a luxurious feel on a wrist.

Crystal - The crystal is in fantastic condition, near mint, showing extremely fine imperfections under magnification only.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in superb condition and ready to wear!
