Condition

This is an absolutely gorgeous Omega Geneve Automatic from 1972. This example is in superb condition for its age showing just light signs of wear. The watch features a stunning sunburst blue dial which displays a fully functional date complication. Mechanically, the watch is working perfectly and keeping great time within specification. 

Dial - The dial is in near pristine condition showing no visible flaws. There is some wear in a couple of spots at the edge of the dial. This is extremely minimal. The markers and hands are also in perfect condition. 

Case - The case is in good condition for its age and is showing light scratching which is a given for a watch of this age. 

Crown - The crown is fully original and Omega signed. It is also working perfectly. The time and date change very smoothly. To change the date, the crown needs to be pulled out to its first position and rotated. To change the time it needs to be pulled out to its second position and rotated. 

Movement - The movement is fully original and in superb condition both mechanically and cosmetically.  

Case back - The case back is also in great condition showing light scratches from tools. 

Strap - The watch has been put on a lovely Italian leather strap which looks and feels amazing! 

Crystal - The crystal is in near perfect condition showing just a few very light scratches which are nearly invisible even at close inspection.

For a watch of this age, this piece is in spectacular order and is ready to wear!
